The park (599 Longdale Ave.) is currently open to the public; however, if a participant is under 17 years of age they MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN FILL OUT THE WAIVER/RELEASE FORM. The Longwood Community Building is the jewel of the City's historic downtown area. Located off of State Road 434 and Ronald Reagan Boulevard, on the corner of Wilma Street and Warren Avenue. The building provides the ideal location for business meetings, weddings, receptions, banquets, parties, and retreats. Rentals are available on a block basis. This beautiful Victorian home is approximately 9,000 square feet, including the carriage house. The building's maximum capacity is 169.
