The Bookkeeper role is responsible for working across departments to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing and supporting team in ensuring timely & effective reporting & analysis. This position provides a diverse set of responsibilities & expectations to effectively interact with all team members, customers & vendors. Offers opportunity for development and increasing responsibilities over time. This is a full-time, exempt position.

Key Responsibilities • Period close process • Timely posting & processing of transactions • Accurate and effectively communicated transactional information • Effective communication& support to organization • Assist with financial analysis & reporting

Organizational Support • Deliver a business partner approach to serving company needs to drive success • Participate in quantifying manufacturing variances, opportunities & improvement actions • Help support sales team with effective, timely analysis tailored to team needs • Effectively support and communicate with customers & vendors • Act as a resource when analysis & support is needed

Education/Experience • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business • Up to 4 years Bookkeeping/Accounting experience • Familiarity with Excel, database analysis tools, Microsoft NAV a plus
