"Forecast and Plan the sales -A model of sales day's prediction on real estate market" (On-Going). (January 12, 2018 - August 31, 2018). This study tries to develop a model to predict how fast a house can be sold after putting on the market based on various features of the house, location of the house and some other factors. We collected data from Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor, and built the model with logistic regression to predict if the house can be sold in 60 days . The performance of the model was evaluated by accuracy rate and via ROC curve.
