Tokyo Individualized Educational Institute Announces the Opening of Kansai Individualized Educational Institute Tennoji School

Tokyo Individualized Educational Institute, Inc. (TIEI) announces that the Company will open “Kansai Individualized Educational Institute Tennoji School” (-shi, Osaka) in mid- March 2014 as follows. The opening of the new school for the fiscal year ending February 2015 is based on the “Shining☆2015” medium-term management plan announced in October 2013. 7 new schools are scheduled to open during the fiscal year ending February 2015.

Tennoji School, which is scheduled to open on March 7, 2014, is located near the “Abenoharukas,” the tallest building in . It is an area with growth potential as a market that the school is expected to make a favorable impact on other schools in Osaka. In addition, the school has good access to several railway stations and is safe and convenient.

Including the new Tennoji School, the total number of schools directly operated by TIEI will be 209.
