Reg. 13845), submit this prehearing statement in the captioned proceeding. Phase I (l) Program Suppliers hereby notify the Tribunal of their intent. to participate in Phase I of this proceeding. (2) The nature of the works for which claims will be made by Program Suppliers in Phase I is syndicated programs, including syndicated movies, series, and specials. (3) The parties encompassed within the Program Supplier claimant group are identified in Attachment A hereto. (4) Counsel to be served are identified above. Phase II (l) Program Suppliers hereby notify the Tribunal of their intent, to participate in Phase II of this proceeding. (2) The nature of the works for which claims will be made by Program Suppliers in Phase II is syndicated programs, including syndicated movies „series, and specials. (3) The Phase I categories against which any Phase II claims will be asserted are: (a) syndicated program category, (b) local (station) program category.
