On the basis of information and belief, our copyrighted program, "Doogie Howser, M. D." was the subject of a primary transmission by KICU, San jose, California on july 25, 1998, and was retransmitted on that date by a cable system known as Media One of Northern California, Inc. which serves Marysville, California. The copyrighted program, "The X-Files" was the subject of a primary transmission by television station WNYW, New York, New York on August 29, 1998 and was retransmitted on that date by a cable system known as Time Warner Entertainment/Advance- Newhouse Partnership which serves Malone, New York.
