Implementation Status Overview The Financing Agreement of the project was signed on September 8, 2011. The project will become effective by December 7, 2011. The Ministry of Health is getting prepared to start up implementation sometime early next year. A launching workshop will take place during first quarter of 2012 to undertake a detailed implementation planning, and discuss project Public Disclosure Copy activities, including monitoring and evaluation, and fiduciary arrangements with provincial and municipal health officials.
