If you are a property owner, commercial tenant, or a resident of the 34th Street District, you should be a member. Membership entitles you to vote at our annual meetings. It also ensures that you receive all our newsletters and important midtown information. While the Annual Meeting is open to the public, only registered Members of the 34th Street Partnership may vote at the meeting if a vote is held. The 34th Street Partnership operates in a 31-block district centered on 34th Street that is generally bounded by 31st Street on the South, 35th Street on the North, Park Avenue on the East and Tenth Avenue on the West. You may only register in one of the following: Class A for Property Owner. A representative of the owner of record for each commercial property in the District is entitled to register as a Class A Member. Class B for Commercial Tenant. A representative of the principal of each tenant in the District is entitled to register as a Class B Member. Class C for Residential. Persons who reside in the District are entitled to register as Class C Members. There is no registration fee. Please check the appropriate Membership category below.
