Colonial Williamsburg Resorts operates six hotel properties, restaurants, a spa, three golf courses, eight tennis courts, walking trails, and swimming pools.

Official Colonial Williamsburg hotels • The : 62 guest rooms in an elegant setting for discriminating guests, transformed to a new level of excellence in May 2017 following its most extensive renovation in 15 years • Hotel – 43 spacious guest rooms with balconies overlooking natural areas and flexible meeting space for 15 to 100 • Colonial Houses – 81 total rooms with period furnishings and modern amenities nestled along Duke of Gloucester Street and throughout the restored Revolutionary City • The Williamsburg Lodge: 323 guest rooms in a setting that reflects its location; 45,000 square feet of meeting space including the 11,200-square foot Virginia Room. Extensive guest room renovation completed in 2018. • The Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel and Suites: 299 guest rooms and a superb value offering 12,812 feet of function space overlooking a wooded ravine and waterfall • The Governors Inn: 128 comfortable economy accommodations located a short walk from the Historic Area

Dining venues • The Rockefeller Room at the Williamsburg Inn – Opened in June 2017, the Rockefeller Room serves as a contemporary fine dining venue and the Inn’s signature dining experience, paying homage to the evolution of American cuisine • The Goodwin & Terrace Rooms at the Williamsburg Inn – serve as an upscale breakfast retreat and continue serving food and cocktails throughout the day • Regency Room – Now serving as a bookable private venue for meetings, conferences, corporate events, weddings and other events, and also hosts holiday brunches and dinners • Restoration Bar – The perfect spot for a nightcap or to relax offering a variety of small plates and bar snacks • The Social Terrace – A new 7,000 square-foot patio extension to the main lobby of the Williamsburg Inn that that offers al fresco dining with a menu of shareable, inventive dishes including entrées, flatbreads and desserts. The beautiful gathering area highlights and outdoor bar, multiple seating areas and a gorgeous water feature • Sweet Tea & Barley – refined Southern cuisine in the comfort of the Williamsburg Lodge with indoor dining around the bar and fireplace or outdoors on the patio with heated umbrella tables and fire pits

The Golden Horseshoe Golf Club – 45 holes of golf • Gold Course – 18 holes designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., celebrated 50 years in 2013; traditional golf architecture; 6,817 yards, par 71; completed a multi-million dollar renovation in July 2017. • Green Course – 18 holes designed by Rees Jones, celebrated 25 years in 2016; longer and more forgiving than the Gold; 7,120 yards, par 72. • Spotswood – Jones Sr. updated the original Williamsburg Inn nine-hole course; includes one par 5 and two par 4s; family friendly but still presents a challenge to accomplished golfers; 1,865 yards; par 31.

The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg, managed by Trilogy Spa Holdings • Designed by Sylvia Sepielli, recipient of the 2006 International Spa Association (ISPA) Visionary Award, and her team • Set in a Georgian Revival building on South England Street, a few steps from the Williamsburg Inn and Williamsburg Lodge; radiates Southern charm and harmonizes with its historical surroundings • 33,000 square feet, including 12 private treatment rooms and two suites for couples, a full-service salon with three pedicure, five manicure, four hair salon and two makeup stations; separate men’s and women’s locker and changing quarters • Offers rejuvenating therapies inspired by five centuries of wellness practices • Fitness training quarters with Nautilus fitness equipment and group exercise classes • Spa cuisine menu available to guests receiving services in the spa
