9. Carton box packing

a. Recommended carton box size dimension = 36*36*25 b. Each Outer box will contain 1 Wooden roll c. Each Carton box will have the printing on its front side:

10. Shipping Marks

The 2 other opposite sides of the box should have RBS logo on them Example:

Note: make sure that every Outside (cover) Box will have a different number.

11. Wooden Pallets

The boxes will come on wooden pallets. o It's length would be Euro standard pallet . Length 120 cm . Width 80 cm / 100 cm (consult with us!) o It will not be made out of plastic o The boxes will be wrapped in a secure way, stretched in a way that will match his weight.

12. Legal issues

a. Warranty: 5 years. b. Shipment term: FOB Shenzhen. c. Documents for Shipment: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L. d. Arbitration Clause: Any Dispute Airing out of in Connection with Contract shall be referred to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for Arbitration in Accordance with its Existing Rules of Arbitration in Beijing.
