EMPOWERED MINI-NINJAS COURSE This program serves as a fun, introductory class for kids ages 2-4. This program will feature Karate basics and activities to enhance coordination, motor skills, focus, self-control and confidence. Kids of all abilities are encouraged to participate and have some fun with us. There will be one FREE introductory class on March 1st from 11:30 am - 12:00 pm. Location: Torrington Armory Kitchen Fee: $75.00 per student; per 8 week session For: Ages 2-4 $30.00 (optional) - uniform, white belt & Dates: Wednesdays, March 15 - May 10, no class April 12 karate water bottle Session 1: 11:30 am - 12:00 pm; Session 2: 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

EMPOWERED TEEN KARATE/KICKBOXING MOTHER/DAUGHTER KICKBOXING A fun class for teens, this program includes karate & kickboxing A great way for moms and girls grades 5-12 to spend some basics to give teens the opportunity to experience different time together, having fun with kickboxing and getting aspects of martial arts and the benefits it gives to those who healthier! practice. Location: Empower Karate & Kickboxing Location: Rec Hall 915 New Harwinton Road For: Ages 13-18 For: Girls, Grades 5-12 & Mothers/Guardians Dates: Wednesdays, March 15 - May 10, no class April 12 Dates: Saturdays, March 18 - April 25, no class April 15 3:15 pm - 4:00 pm 10:45 am - 11:30 am Fee: $75.00 per Student; per 8 week session $25.00 (optional) - wristband & karate t-shirt Fee: $155.00 per Mom/Daughter, per 6 week session
