COMBATIVE CONCEPT- Focuses on practical striking and close quarters techniques used for both self defense and competitive martial arts.
PROGRESSIVE FIGHTING COMBAT SYSTEM (PFCS)- this is an evolving martial arts system with a Jeet Kune Do foundation incorporating multiple systems to yield the greatest results if self-defense is your goal.
SWORD FIT-CARDIO- Strength and core work utilizing martial arts wooden sword
DRILLERS AND KILLERS- Offensive and defensive sparring drills to stimulate real fighting making the striker comfortable with uncomfortable situations and pressure
ELITE BOXING TECHNIQUE- Teaching the sweet science, fundamentals of boxing stance, bag work, shadow boxing, pad work and fighter conditioning
