What we’re looking for:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience  Comprehensive Human Resources competency, 5+ years of HR experience.  Government experience is a plus… but not a requirement  PHR/SPHR or SHRM CP/SCP preferred  Strong business acumen, communication, time management, and relationship management skills  Deadline driven, organized and able to multitask  Possess a consulting mindset and exercise patience and humility to understand different perspectives and approaches  Ability to work effectively as a positive and motivational team player
