(i.e. any 5 Products at a point of time) Proposed air Process Emissions: HCl, SO2, NH3, CO2, n-Butane, O2 and H2emissions are pollution control liberated from the process. HCl, NH3 and SO2 emissions will be scrubbed with measures water/caustic and the scrubbing liquid sent for further treatment. CO2, and O2 emissions will be dispersed into atmosphere. H2 and N-Butane will be diffused with flame arrestor. Boiler emissions: Multicyclone separator and bag filter with a stack height of 30m will be installed for controlling the Particulate emissions from the proposed boilers of 3TPH & existing 1TPH Boiler. Water Existing -13.6 KLD Requirement Proposed-136.9KLD (Fresh water requirement is 91.9 KLD and Balance 45 KLD reused after treatment) Wastewater Effluent Type Treatment Flow treatment Process & Scrubber Collection Equalization  Neutralization  Qty.: 18.4 KLD Settling  Holding tank  Steam stripper  MEE along with Scrubber effluent  Condensate to ETP HTDS > 5000 mg/l  Concentrate to ATFD.
