Terms and Conditions for Opodo’s Survey and Prize Draw:

“What’s your favourite low cost airline?”

1. Organizing Company – The promoter of the online survey “What’s your favourite low cost airline?” (the "Survey") is Opodo Limited with company number 4051797 and whose registered office is at Waterfront, Hammersmith Embankment, Chancellors Road, London W6 9RU ("Opodo").

2. Online Survey – The online Survey will be available from 25 July 2016 until 20 August 2016, ending at 23:59 p.m. GMT (the "Survey Period"). No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are not delivered to Opodo for any reason whatsoever. Participants to the Survey may enter into a free prize draw ("Prize Draw") in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions.

3. Prize Draw Winners - the Prize Draw winners will be selected at random using an automate tool by 30 August 2016. Winners will be notified by email by 06 September 2016. Opodo's methods to select the prize winners and all decisions with respect to the selection of prize winners shall be final. Eligibility, age and prize claim by all prize winners are subject to verification.

4. Eligibility – the Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK, France, Spain or Germany who are 18 years and over, except for all eDreams ODIGEO and Opodo employees, partners, employees and/or their family members. Participation in the Survey is limited to one entry per person. Opodo reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in its absolute discretion for any reason and without notice in accordance with these terms and conditions.

5. How to Enter – In order to enter the Prize Draw, participants must complete the Opodo Survey on Survey Monkey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3RHRJT6) and submit their email as indicated.

6. Prize –The following Prize Draw vouchers ("Vouchers") will be granted by Opodo:

1st Prize Draw: 1 x £500 voucher to use to book flights on Opodo.co.uk on one single booking of unlimited passengers.

2nd Prize Draw: 150 x £20 vouchers to use to book flights on Opodo.co.uk on one single booking of unlimited passengers.

The total value of the prizes is £3,500.

7. Prize Limitations – Vouchers are valid for one (1) redemption use only and may not be combined with any other offer relating to the same reservation or accommodation. The Vouchers are valid from 1 September 2016 to 01 December 2016 and must be redeemed before the expiration date. Vouchers cannot be used on existing bookings. Vouchers can be used on any airline and have no limit on number of passengers travelling. Lounge passes, upgrades and frequent flyer points are not permitted with these Vouchers and frequent flyer miles cannot be accrued. No substitution, assignment, redemption for cash, or transfer of any Voucher is permitted. Vouchers are not insured for trip cancellation and/or trip interruption. The purchase of additional travel insurance is strongly recommended. Opodo gives no guarantee that the Vouchers will be available for the preferred dates of travel of the winner. The winner will be responsible for all costs associated with the journey, for example getting to and from the departure and destination airports and other expenses during their stay. Vouchers must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash.

8. Reservation of Rights - Opodo reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Prize Draw, or any part of it, including these terms and conditions, in its sole discretion. In the event that the prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond Opodo's control, Opodo reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

9. Personal Data – By entering the Prize Draw, participants' personal data provided will be added into a data file owned by Opodo. This data will be processed in order to administer the Prize Draw, to select and communicate with the winner, and for promotion and marketing purposes, which includes sending commercial communications by email. At any time, participants can make effective their rights to opt out of any further communications from Opodo by clicking on 'Unsubscribe' as indicated in Opodo's communications to the participant.

10. Acceptance of the Rules of Promotion – By taking part in the survey and Prize Draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by Opodo's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Prize Draw.

11. Applicable Law –These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed under English law.
