JEFF DENNEEN 92C 97B Partner, Bain & Company

Jeff Denneen founded and leads Bain & Company’s global Higher Education practice. Prior to focusing on Higher Education, Jeff served clients across a broad set of industries including high-tech, telecommunications and healthcare.

Within the Higher Education industry, Jeff has built a strong reputation for driving transformation at leading research universities. Jeff co-authored The Financially Sustainable University and has published several articles on higher education as a LinkedIn Influencer. Jeff has also published in Business Officer magazine, and has spoken at conferences including NACUBO, EACUBO, SACUBO, CASE, AAHC, AAMC and the Advisory Board. Jeff has also been quoted in publications such as the Economist, Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Globe Magazine, and Chronicle of Higher Education.

Prior to joining Bain & Company, Jeff was a Principal with A.T. Kearney, where he spent eight years in the Strategy practice. During that time Jeff’s primary focus was on Customer Strategy & Operations. He was an expert in customer segmentation, customer loyalty, customer experience, and customer service, including service center operations.

In the early years of his career, Jeff helped launch Denneen & Company, a family–owned consulting business focused on growth, marketing and brand strategy.

Jeff earned both his BA and MBA from Emory University. Jeff currently serves on the executive committee of the Goizueta Advisory Board at Goizueta Business School and volunteers as an Adjunct Instructor in the department of Organization & Management, teaching a course called Competitive Advantage one semester each year. Jeff also serves on the Strategic Planning Committee for the Davis Academy.

KENNETH HODGKISS 08B Principal, North Highland

Ken is a with the North Highland Company. He has more than 10 years of experience in business management and consulting. Specific areas of expertise include Finance and Operations Strategy, Program/Project Management, Process Assessment, Best Practice and Benchmarking, and Satisfaction Surveys/assessment. He has experience in the energy, utilities, consumer products, , automotive and education industries.

Ken received an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School in 2008.

ANISHA BOSE KOLLARIK 02C Consultant,

Anisha Kollarik is a management and technology consultant with more than ten years of experience working with clients in varied industries, including Telecommunications, Consumer Goods, Aerospace & Defense and the public sector. As part of the Delivery Leadership practice at Slalom, Anisha leads complex, critical, high- impact business and customer strategy projects for -based clients. Her specialties include product realization, business strategy, program and project management and business analysis. For the past several years, she has been working with a tier-1 wireless carrier to build and execute strategic products and programs, with a focus on product realization from a network technology perspective.

Anisha holds a M.A. in Economics from Georgia State University and is a Class of 2002 Emory graduate with a B.A. in Economics. She lives in intown Atlanta with her husband Scott and 2 year old son Alex. In her spare time, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors with her family or drinking red wine (often simultaneously).

PATRICK LEE 03B Principal, A.T. Kearney

Patrick is a Principal in A.T. Kearney's Strategic Operations Practice and has over 16 years of supply chain and operations experience as both practitioner and consultant. He has worked across the Plan-Source-Make- Deliver-Return continuum and has deep subject matter expertise on working capital management across multiple industries. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney, Patrick was a Senior Manager in EY’s Working Capital Practice for 7 years. Before EY, Patrick was the Director of Supply Chain for 2 years at Inviro Medical, a medical device startup, where he operationalized the company’s global supply chain, purchasing and activities. Patrick has also held roles at REL Consultancy (working capital consulting), Spherion and Motorola (finance) and he began his professional career working in engineering and manufacturing with Michelin.

Patrick holds an MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

LESLIE MARSHBURN 10B 10PH Senior Manager,

Leslie Marshburn is a Senior Manager in Kurt Salmon’s Health Care Group with 10 years of consulting experience with health care organizations. She joined Kurt Salmon upon graduating from Emory University with an MBA focused in Healthcare Strategy and Finance and a Masters in Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy and Management.

Leslie specializes in creating solutions for academic and community hospital clients in the area of value- based network design and optimization, organizational structure strategic alignment and service line planning with a specific expertise in behavioral health services. Her work has resulted in increased market presence, improved organizational performance and improved readiness for value-based care environment. Leslie manages 4-5 high-impact client engagements at a time liaising directly with C-suite executives to develop creative solutions to address the business issues in healthcare. Most recently she has led engagements with Mission Health, Duke Medicine, Barnabas Health and several entities within the University of Maryland Medical System.

SONAL PUROHIT 13B (MODERATOR) Senior Business Analyst, A.T. Kearney

Sonal joined A.T. Kearney in the fall of 2015 as a Senior Business Analyst in the Health practice. Prior to A.T. Kearney, she was an Advisory Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a member of the Health Industries practice. She serves a variety of clients across the healthcare industry, including Providers, Payers, Medical Device and Pharmaceutical companies. Most of her client work consists of serving clients in a Strategy capacity.

Sonal graduated from Emory University with a BBA. She designed her own major, Healthcare Management, through the Rollins School of Public Health, and had a Religion minor. Sonal serves on the Emory Alumni Consulting Group Steering Committee and the Emory Alumnae & Women Steering Committee.
