Students study how people lead, anticipate, and Change (LOC)? respond to change. Recent graduates now work in consulting, human resources, marketing, nonprofits. They also have pursued business, graduate, research and teaching opportunities. What do LOC LOC students study organizational change, psychology and design thinking to analyze systems, students learn structures and team dynamics through a sociocultural lens.
