HORGOŠ: • Entry to Serbia; waiting time 1 hour, 6-7 trucks in the waiting line. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 1.5 hours, 10 trucks in the waiting line. KELEBIA • Entry to Serbia: no delays. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 2-3 hours, 30 trucks in the waiting line.

TOVARNIK-ŠID • Entry to Serbia: no delays. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 20 minutes, 2 trucks in the waiting line. • On Tovarnik-Šid border crossing, the goods coming from can enter only if export customs clearance was done in Croatia. The goods going to Croatia for unloading should undergo customs clearance in Croatia. BATROVCI • Entry to Serbia: waiting time 30 minutes, 3-4 trucks in the waiting line. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 3-4 hours, 2 km long waiting line.

PREŠEVO BORDER CROSSING • Entry to Serbia: no delays. • Exit from Serbia: no delays.

GRADINA • Entry to Serbia: waiting time 1 hour, 5-6 trucks in the waiting line. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 1 hour, 5-6 trucks in the waiting line.

VATIN • Entry to Serbia: no delays. • Exit from Serbia: no delays.

As of April 6th, there will be no transit traffic towards Romania through border crossings Srpska Crnja and Đerdap. The trucks from Serbia that are transiting through Romania can use Vatin border crossing. DAILY REPORT 04.05.2020.

B OSN I A AND HERZEGO VINA

Gradiška: • No jam on BiH exit, 10 trucks in the waiting line. • No vehicles on BiH entry. • No jam at the customs terminal Gardiška. • Customs and inspection services are working 24 hours with fewer people in the shifts.

Rača: • There are no delays on BIH entry. The terminal is half empty. • Waiting time on on BiH exit is 1 hour, 7 trucks in the waiting line. • No jam at the customs terminal. • The customs and sanitary services are working as usual.

On March 24th 2020, the BiH Council of Ministers decided that transit traffic between BiH and the Republic of Serbia should take place only through the border crossing Rača in BiH, that is, Sremska Rača in Serbia. The Customs Administration has informed all customs offices that the goods transiting through the territory of BiH to other countries are sent exclusively to the Sremska Rača crossing, in order to avoid unnecessary return of carriers from other crossings.

CROATIA

border crossing: no delays on entry and exit. • Macelj border crossing: no delays on entry and exit. • Bajakovo border crossing: waiting time on entry is 3 hours and there are no delays on exit.

Due to roadworks on the bridge on detour (), between Kosnica and Ivanja Reka junctions only one lane is free in each direction till May 20 and the driving speed limit is 40 km/h.

SLO VENIA

SLO-CRO border crossing : • Obrežje: no delays. • Gruškovje: no delays. ITA-SLO border crossing: • There has been a change in organising transit of freight vehicles coming from Italy towards Obrežje border crossing as a result of having Croatian authorities decide on April 19 that arranging convoys was no longer required to enter CRO at Obrežje border crossing nor travelling in convoys through CRO. Subsequently, the Slovenian police has stopped arranging convoys at checkpoints with Italy (Fernetti and Italy). The police is handing out Form 3 to all the freight vehicle drivers headed towards Obrežje border crossing, with the form containing a designated route to take through . SLO-HUN border crossing : • Situation unchanged (open crossings for transit Pince and Dolga Vas). • On the border with Hungary, the border crossings Hodoš and Čepinci are open from 6am till 10 pm (two-way crossings) SLO-AUT border crossing : • The truck flow is normal, but on entry, they need to have full fuel tanks and must not stop anywhere in . The trucks without full tanks are not given passage.

On Štajerska -Šentilj, Pesnica-Šentilj, AT direction, there is a 2 km 300 m long waiting line, waiting time up to 30 minutes. The overtaking lane is closed on Gorenjska A2 motorway Ljubljana-Karavanke, Ljubljana direction, section Karavanke tunnel – access Jesnice west. Traffic is obstructed on A 1 motorway Ljubljana-Koper, Koper direction, between the resting area Studenac and exit Razdrto. During weekends and holidays there are no restrictions to the traffic flow of HGVs above 7.5 tons., and it will remain so until further notice. There have been unofficial information on the Carriers Association Portal regarding the return of drivers who are from Serbia but working in Slovenia – when a driver returns to Serbia, he is supposed to be quarantined for 28 days, but that can be reduced to 3 days by the police if the driver brings a certficate from his company that says he is an essential worker. When he returns to Slovenia, he is supposed to be quarantined for 7 days (still active, but they are considering to end these orders). It is well-advised for a driver to have on him a certificate from his employer, which confirms that he works in international transport. RUSSIA

• Senkovka ∕ Novi Yurkovich: no delays on entry and exit. • Grejac / Pogar: no delays on entry and exit. • Bacevsk / Trobortnoe: no delays on entry and exit. • Terehovo: no delays on entry and exit. 182 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Paternieki: no delays on entry and exit, 85 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours • Silene: no delays on entry and exit. 29 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Grebnevo: no delays on entry and exit, 42 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours • Domanovo – Makrany: 2 vehicles waiting on both entry and exit. The quarantine that has been already introduced in Moscow is extended till the end of April. Quarantine measures do not apply to international transport drivers. MONTENEGRO

Dobrakovo (MNE) – Gostun (SRB) border crossing: • 6 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 1.5 hour. There are no delays on exit. • TCG is dispatched regularly, upon arrival to the border crossing, the trucks are dispatched immediately. • There is no quarantine, Bosnian and foreign drivers are given written instructions to regularly contact epidemiologists

Ilino brdo – Klobuk border crossing from Bosnia: • 5 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 50 minutes. There are no delays on exit. • During the 08.00-12.00 working hours, waiting time is 1.5 hour. After that period, waiting time is 30 minutes. Customs procedures are performed as HGVs arrive on border crossing. • No quarantine. • When entering Montenegro, the road between GP and NK will be closed for traffic every day from 10am till 2pm due to road pavement activities. Debeli Brijeg (MNE) – Karasović (HR) border crossing: • 4 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 45 minutes. There are no delays on exit. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine. Božaj (MNE) - Hani i Hotit (AL) Border crossing: • 1 truck waiting on entry, waiting time 15 minutes. 1 truck waiting on exit, waiting time 15 minutes. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine.

ALBANIA

• H. Hotit (MNE): waiting time on entry is 2 hours (19 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 2 hours (14 vehicles). • Durres (ITA): waiting time on entry is 4 hours (67 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 24 hours (7 vehicles waiting for the next ferryboat that leaves at 3pm tomorrow. • Morine (XK): waiting time on entry is 1.5 hour (11 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 1.5 hour (11 vehilcles). • Q.Thane (MKD): waiting time on entry is 1 hour (5 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 45 minutes (6 vehicles). • Kapshtice: waiting time on entry is 45 minutes, waiting time on exit is 45 minutes . • Kakavia: waiting time on entry is 45 minutes (5 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 30 minutes (1 vehicle). • Waiting time is sometimes longer where there are import-export customs clearance operations. • No convoys, individual entries with government authorizations (max 15 min. with permit – obtained through vehicle application on the Traffic Police email address) • Quarantine applies only to Albanian drivers (for the time being, the ones coming from Italy, Austria and Greece), no delays for foreigners.

The restrictions on movement are as follows. Weekends, i.e. Saturday 00.00-13.00h, and then complete restriction on movement up to Monday 5am (only police, military and the media representatives will be on the streets) As of April 13, certain businesses may work up to 5pm (pharmacies, manufacturing, food stores).
