B OSN I A AND HERZEGO VINA

Gradiška: • 50 freight vehicles waiting on BiH exit. There is an increased number of passenger vehicles. • Increased number of vehicles on BiH entry, waiting time 2 hour, a lot of passenger vehicles waiting. • jams at the customs terminal Gardiška. Rača: • No vehicles on BIH entry and no delays. • 5 vehicles on BIH exit. • 30 vehicles at the terminal that are waiting for veterinary or phytosanitary checks.

The Council of Ministers of has decided to open the borders of BiH with , Serbia and Montenegro. The decision encompasses only these 3 countries, whereas other foreigners may enter BiH only for business purposes (an invitation from a legal entity and with a negative SARS-KOV-2 test result that is 48-hours old).

CROATIA

border crossing: waiting time on entry is 1.5 hour and on exit 30 minutes. • Macelj border crossing: waiting time on entry is 1 hour and on exit is 2 hours. • Bajakovo border crossing: 1 hour-wait on entry and 3 hours on exit.

On A2 -Macelj motorway, between Zaprešić and junctions (19th +300 - 21st +500km) one is free only, with speed limitation. Every night till 30 June from 10pm till 6am, on the DC1 Solin-Klis highway, traffic is suspended in direction Split, detour: ŽC6253 old regional Klis road On Bregana-Lipovac motorway till 20 June at the entrance of Velika Kopanica junction traffic is suspended in both directions, detour: Sredanci and Babina Greda junctions; It is possible to exit the highway. Due to roadworks on the motorway at Goričan, traffic is diverted to Goričan junction and detour towards old Goričan border crossing (detour Goričan junction ŽC2026-DC3-old Goričan border crossing. Dvor and Vitaljina border crossings are open to passenger traffic only. At Gunja border crossing, there is a traffic ban on freight vehicles and buses (the bridge is not stable).

SLO-CRO border crossing : • Obrežje: waiting time on exit is 1 hour, no delays on entry. • Gruškovje: 1 hour waiting time on entry, no delays on exit. ITA-SLO border crossing: • As of April 19, arranging freight vehicle convoys is no longer required to enter CRO at Obrežje border crossing nor travelling in convoys through CRO. Subsequently, the Slovenian police has stopped arranging convoys at checkpoints with (Fernetti and Italy). SLO-HUN border crossing : • An agreement has been reached regarding the passengers crossing SLO-HUN borders. It is the second country after Croatia, where SLO borders are fully open. SLO-AUT border crossing : • As of June 5, restrictions are lifted on passenger flow -.

On A2 motorway -Obrežje, there is a 2 km long waiting line at the Obrežje border crossing. Congestion on Ljubljana detour, due to the reconstruction of the Golovec tunnel https://www.promet.si/portal/sl/golovec2020.aspx There will be two-way traffic through the one tunnel tube with a ban on freight vehicles above 3.5 tons and all buses. The detour is on the other part of the Ljubljana bypass.

As of June 1, the freight vehicle restrictions on Sundays and holidays are back on for trucks whose weight exceeds 7.5 tons. The restrictions have been removed for goods crossing the border as well as for Italian citizens when crossing the SLO border. All small border crossings with Croatia are open with free passage for Croatian citizens. Montenegro citizens are also free to enter SLO. When crossing the border, all drivers need to have on them a Permit for working in the international transport – this document is used as a proof and no quarantine is needed in that case. As from this weekend, a 14-day qurantine has been reintroduced for all passengers returning to SLO from countries that are still characterized by poor epidemiological status (Serbia) with the exception of drivers with permits. All other cases are to be handled individually. A new regulation applies to the return of drivers from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to Slovenia: all those who have not been out of Slovenia for more than 14 days do not have to be quarantined upon returning (the condition is that the driver has a place of residency in SLO). • Senkovka ∕ Novi Yurkovich: no delays on entry and exit. • Grejac / Pogar: no delays on entry and exit. • Bacevsk / Trobortnoe: no delays on entry and exit. • Terehovo: no delays on entry and exit. 236 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Paternieki: 2 hours waiting on both entry and exit. 162 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Silene: no delays on entry and exit. 88 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Grebnevo: no delays on entry and exit, 39 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours • Domanovo – Makrany: no delays on entry and exit. Quarantine measures do not apply to international transport drivers. Regarding passenger traffic, there are no delays on mentioned border crossings. At Terehovo border crossings 14 passenger vehicles have crossed the border in the last 24 hours, at Paternieki and Grebnovo 3 and at Silene 9 passenger vehicles.

MONTENEGRO

The Government of Montenegro has announced that the National Coordination Body for the Suppression of Infectious Disease has decided that from June 1, foreigners will be allowed to enter Montenegro without quarantine and self-isolation if the rate of active cases of COVID 19 is less than 25 per 100,000 inhabitants in the country of which the foreigner is resident of. Also, the NCB has decided that Montenegro shall open its borders with the neighbouring countries.

Dobrakovo (MNE) – Gostun (SRB) border crossing: • 14 vehicles waiting on entry, waiting time 2 hours. 2 trucks waiting on exit, waiting time 30 minutes. • TCG is dispatched regularly, upon arrival to the border crossing, the trucks are dispatched immediately. • There is no quarantine, Bosnian and foreign drivers are given written instructions to regularly contact epidemiologists. Ilino brdo – Klobuk border crossing from Bosnia: • 3 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 15 minutes. 1 truck waiting on exit, waiting time 15 minutes. • During the 08.00-12.00 working hours, waiting time is 1.5 hour. After that period, waiting time is 30 minutes. Customs procedures are performed as HGVs arrive on border crossing. • No quarantine. DNEVNI IZVEŠTAJ 18.06.2020.

Debeli Brijeg (MNE) – Karasović (HR) border crossing: • 8 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 1.5 hour. No delays on exit. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine. Božaj (MNE) - Hani i Hotit (AL) Border crossing: • 6 vehicles waiting on entry, waiting time 1 hour. 3 trucks waiting on exit, waiting time 20 minutes.. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. ALBANIA

• H. Hotit (MNE): waiting time on entry 3 hours (23 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 2 hours (7 vehicles). • Durres (ITA): waiting time on entry 4-5 hours (37 vehicles), no vehicles on exit • Morine (XK): waiting time on entry 1 hour (6 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 30 minutes. • Q.Thane (MKD): waiting time on entry 2 hours (14 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 1 hour (8 vehicles). • Kapshtice: waiting time on entry 1 hour (13 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 1 hour (9 vehicles). • Kakavia: waiting time on entry 1 hour (11 vehicles), no vehicles on exit.

As of June 5, 2020 all restrictions on passenger traffic and movement are lifted in Albania. Permits are no longer required and movement is not restricted to residents only. The tests are no longer required and neither is quarantine.
