Final report RL 2017:10e Serious incident after take-off from Gothenburg/Landvetter Airport on 7 November 2016 involving SE-DSV an aeroplane of the model AVRO-RJ 100, operated by Braathens Regional Aviation AB. File no. L-112/16 7 December 2017 RL 2017:10e SHK investigates accidents and incidents from a safety perspective. Its investigations are aimed at preventing a similar event from occurring in the future, or limiting the effects of such an event. The investigations do not deal with issues of guilt, blame or liability for damages. The Company has been severely impacted by the current outbreak of COVID-19. In a very short time period, the Company has lost most of its revenues and is in adverse financial distress. This has adversely and materially affected the Group’s contracts, rights and obligations, including financing arrangements, and the Group is not capable of complying with its ongoing obligations and is currently subject to event of default. On 18 November 2020, the Company and certain of its subsidiaries applied for Examinership in Ireland (and were accepted into Examinership on 7 December 2020), and on 8 December 2020 the Company applied for and was accepted into Reconstruction in Norway. These processes were sanctioned by the Irish and Norwegian courts on 26 March 2021 and 12 April 2021 respectively, however remain subject to potential appeals in Norway (until 12 May 2021) and certain other conditions precedent, including but not limited to the successful completion of a capital raise in the amount of at least NOK 4,500 million (including the Rights Issue, the Private Placement and issuance of certain convertible hybrid instruments as described further herein). -

RASG‐PA ESC/29 — WP/04 14/11/17 Twenty ‐ Ninth Regional Aviation Safety Group — Pan America Executive Steering Committee Meeting (RASG‐PA ESC/29) ICAO NACC Regional Office, Mexico City, Mexico, 29‐30 November 2017 Agenda Item 3: Items/Briefings of interest to the RASG‐PA ESC PROPOSAL TO AMEND ICAO FLIGHT DATA ANALYSIS PROGRAMME (FDAP) RECOMMENDATION AND STANDARD TO EXPAND AEROPLANES´ WEIGHT THRESHOLD (Presented by Flight Safety Foundation and supported by Airbus, ATR, Embraer, IATA, Brazil ANAC, ICAO SAM Office, and SRVSOP) EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Flight Data Analysis Program (FDAP) working group comprised by representatives of Airbus, ATR, Embraer, IATA, Brazil ANAC, ICAO SAM Office, and SRVSOP, is in the process of preparing a proposal to expand the number of functional flight data analysis programs. It is anticipated that a greater number of Flight Data Analysis Programs will lead to significantly greater safety levels through analysis of critical event sets and incidents. Action: The FDAP working group is requesting support for greater implementation of FDAP/FDMP throughout the Pan American Regions and consideration of new ICAO standards through the actions outlined in Section 4 of this working paper. 1 (38) Missiv Datum Dnr/Beteckning 2015-06-01 TSF 2014-282 Enligt sändlista Förslag till föreskrifter om avgifter inom Transportstyrelsens verksamhet Bakgrund Transportstyrelsen har som huvudsaklig verksamhet myndighetsutövning i form av tillsyn, tillståndsprövning och registerhållning samt regelgivning inom transportområdet. Myndighetens finansiering innebär att tillsyn, tillståndsprövning och registerhållning ska finansieras genom avgifter, medan regelgivning ska finansieras genom skattemedel. Vidare innebär myndighetens finansiering att Transportstyrelsens verksamhet i huvudsak ska finansieras på ett enhetligt sätt oavsett trafikslag, samt att Transportstyrelsen har bemyndigats att besluta om avgifter och avgiftsnivåer. Myndighetens inriktning är att årligen se över och revidera avgifterna i syfte att uppnå självkostnadstäckning, och ett i övrigt ändamålsenligt avgiftsuttag. Nu gällande föreskrifter De nu gällande föreskrifterna för luftfart, sjöfart, vägtrafik och järnväg trädde i kraft den 1 januari 2015. Föreskrifterna beslutades slutligt den 14 augusti 2014. Sjöfart har meddelat två ändringsföreskrifter. Den ena beslutades slutligt den 11 februari 2015 och trädde i kraft den 16 februari 2015. Den andra beslutades slutligt den 3 december 2014 och trädde i kraft den 1 januari 2015. Vägtrafik har också meddelat en ändringsföreskrift som slutligt beslutades den 17 februari 2015 och trädde i kraft den 1 mars 2015. De föreslagna föreskrifterna Allmänt Ambitionen är att avgifterna för 2016 ska beslutas i så god tid som möjligt. Föreskrifterna ska därför beslutas av Generaldirektören den 31 augusti 2015. Oberoende av att förslaget är strukturerat trafikslagsvis har det bedömts ända- målsenligt med en sammanhållen remiss. Det betyder att samtliga remissinstanser får hela paketet. Varje remissinstans väljer naturligtvis i vilken utsträckning man vill svara på remissens olika delar. I övrigt sker samråd med Ekonomistyrningsverket enligt 7 § avgiftsförordningen (1992:191) i särskild ordning. -
