Pakistan Television invites price tenders from well reputed/GST registered firms for the supply and commissioning of the Network Firewalls & Related Compatible Accessories at PTV Headquarters Office, Islamabad.The specification is mentioned below:-
Terms & Conditions:
1. The quotations should be sent duly sealed in an envelope, clearly mentioning on envelop as “PRICE TENDER FOR IT EQUIPMENT ((Network Firewalls & Related Compatible Accessories)” with opening date.Quotation must be addressed to Chairman, Senior Tender Committee, Constitution Avenue, PTV Headquarters Office, Federal TV Complex, Islamabad on or before 07- 06-2021 which will be received till 1100 Hours and will be opened at 1130 Hours on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may who wish to attend. 2. The bidders should bid for all the items and partial bidding is not allowed. 3. Bidders are required to mention price and applicable GST on each item separately on the quotation. 4. The tender should be valid for a period of 90 Days from the date of opening and the prices should be quoted in Pak Rupees, inclusive of all taxes. 5. No deviation from the laid down specifications of PTV will be acceptable AND use only the black space provided on the items page for the bids. 6. The tender must accompany earnest money 2% of the total value of the bid in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Draft (refundable) drawn in favour of PTV HQs Islamabad. Tenders without earnest money or less than 2% total value will not be entertained and be rejected. 7. The successful bidder will have to furnish a Bank Guarantee of 5% of the value of order, valid for a period of one year from date of installation/testing – to ensure satisfactory performance of the equipment. 8. No advance payment will be permissible. 9. The successful bidder will ensure backup support and service at PTV’s premises during the warranty period at their own expense. 10. The successful bidder will provide the Original System’s CDs/Software (Licensed)/ Cables/ Manuals and any other item provided by manufacturer. 11. PTV reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the price quotations prior to the acceptance of a bid. 12. Payment will only be made on provision of “ANNEXURE-C” of the return submitted by the concerned supplier/firm.
