What does membership cost?

So, how do you apply? St. Croix Yacht Club Beliefs

We believe that special attention need be given to every new member as to their expectations and the requirement placed with each individual seeking entry into this organization. The following categories highlight our strongest convictions, which sets the cornerstone of our Club, along with charting a long term course for the continuing success and prosperity of the St. Croix Yacht Club.

We believe that the primary purpose of the club is the promotion of social and aquatic functions which take place on the adjoining rivers of the Mississippi and St. Croix.

We believe that safe boating is the essence of this organization. The continuing education and sharing of helpful information to all will best insure this function and is a goal of all members.

We believe that being a good neighbor on the river not only improves club image but enhances our own enjoyment of fellow boaters and all the facilities of the club.

We believe that all members are truly ambassadors at large, and as such, our members present to all others a positive impression both by their words as well as actions.

Finally, we are thankful that we may practice these beliefs and partake of one of the most unique boating experiences in our land.

Consider these beliefs and weigh their meaning, for they are woven throughout the fabric of the St Croix Yacht Club. SCYC Membership Advantages

The St. Croix Yacht Club Auxiliary was formed in 1954 and has been an active group since that time. The functions of the Auxiliary are to organize and promote social events for Auxiliary members and guests, and to raise funds to be used in the improvement of the St. Croix Yacht Club clubhouse.

The Auxiliary currently hosts 6-7 events during the year. The annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser held in May each year is the major fundraising event. Throughout the years, the Auxiliary has contributed money to help finance numerous upgrades and improvements to the clubhouse.

Membership in the St. Croix Yacht Club Auxiliary is open to the spouse or partner of any current St. Croix Yacht Club member in good standing. In addition, any person who has been a member of the Auxiliary while her/his spouse or partner was a SCYC member can maintain their Auxiliary membership upon continuous payment of their dues.
