NEW FOREST DISTRICT COUNCIL TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE VARIOUS ROADS NEW FOREST

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that New Forest District Council, acting as agent to the traffic authority, Hampshire County Council, proposes to make an Order to allow highway maintenance works to be carried out, as follows:

PERIOD OF CLOSURE: From 1st August 2016 for a period of 12 months or until completion of works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding this it is expected that each closure will be required in each road for no longer than as indicated below)

BOLDRE Boldre Lane between its junction with A337 Southampton Rd and its jn with C75 Rope Hill.-1 day 0800hrs-1600hrs. Alternative route via C75 and A337 Southampton Rd.

BROCKENHURST Rhinefield Ornamental Drive between its jn with access to car park at Puttles Bridge and its jn with A35 Bournemouth Rd- 5 days 0800hrs-1600hrs. Alt route via A35 to Lyndhurst, A337, B3055 Grigg Ln, The Rise and Rhinefield Rd.

ELLINGHAM HARBRIDGE AND IBSLEY Kent Ln between its jn with A338 Salisbury Rd and its jn with Harbridge Drove - 1 day 0800hrs-1600hrs. Alt route via Harbridge Drove, Hillbury Rd, B3078 Fordingbridge Rd ,Bowerwood Rd, Church St, Provost St, High St, Bridge St and A338.

Rockford Rd between its northern and southern jns with Highwood Ln- 1 day 0800hrs- 1600hrs. Alt route via Highwood Ln.

FAWLEY Ivor Close Holbury between its jn with Southbourne Ave and the end of the cul de sac- 2 days 0800hrs-1600hrs- No alt route available.

Stanswood Rd between its jn with Lepe Rd and its jn with B3053 at Ower- 10 days for fencing works 0800hrs-1600hrs each day. Alt route via Lepe Rd, Hampton Ln, Blackfield Rd, Slades Hill and B3053 Fawley Bypass

HORDLE C430 Ashley Lane between its jn with Hare Ln and its jn with Lower Ashley Rd- 2 days 0800hrs-1600hrs- Alt route via Everton Rd,A337 Christchurch Rd,B3058 Station Rd,C430 Ashley Rd.

Hare Ln between its jn with Lavender Rd and its jn with C430 Ashley Ln- 2 days for drainage works. Alt route via Lower Ashley Rd and C430 Ashley Ln

HYTHE Hart Hill between its jn with Frost Ln and the end of the cul de sac- 1 day 0800hrs- 1600hrs.No alternative route available.

LYMINGTON C430 Sway Rd between its jn with access to Buckland Manor Farm and a point 200m northwest of that junction- 1 day 0800hrs-1600hrs. Alt route via Sway Rd, C75 Ramley Rd, A337 Milford Rd, Stanford Hill, Southampton Rd.

Greenway Close between its jn with Highfield Rd and the end of the cul de sac- 2 days 0800hrs-1600hrs. No alternative route available.

St Thomas Street- Eastbound only- between its jn with Queen St and its jn with Church Ln- 1 Sunday 0800hrs-1600hrs. Alt route for eastbound traffic via Priestlands Place Stanford Rd Southampton Rd, Avenue Rd, East Hill, Gosport St and High St.

MARCHWOOD Trotts Ln between its jn with Pooks Green and its jn with Marchwood Rd- 1 day 0800hrs- 1600hrs. Alt route via Marchwood Rd, Bury Rd Tavells Ln and Pooks Green.

SWAY Shirley Holms Rd between its jn with Pitmore Ln and a point 500m east of that jn- 1 day 0800hrs-1600hrs. Alt route via Pitmore Ln, B3055 Marlpit Oak Rd, C10 Setley Plain Rd, A337 Southampton Rd.

Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
