For good and valuable consideration including acceptance of this entry, I and / or my heirs or assigns will forever release and hold harmless Historic Rural Hill, Inc. / Rural Hill Scottish Festival and Loch Norman Highland Games, their sponsors, their insurance carriers, Mecklenburg County and / or their representatives from all claims, causes of action, costs, and judgements for claims of any damages or injuries ( up to and including death ) which may be suffered by me ( contestant named below ) arising out of my involvement in the Rural Hill Scottish Festival and Loch Norman Highland Games at Historic Rural Hill in Huntersville, NC.

S.O.B.H.D rules will govern all events. $1 of each entry will go to SEFUSTA. Dancers MUST present current 2019 registration card. Dancers must be in appropriate costume to receive awards. A competitor must be ready when called to compete or he / she will be disqualified. Let organizer know if you are not going to dance in the Championship. In the event of a protest, a fee of $25 must accompany the written complaint. This fee will be returned if the protest is upheld. Age applies as of the first day of dancing if dancing two days. Depending on the number of entries, age groups subject to change.
