For students enrolled after June 1st, payments will be arranged with the Business Office. For all new students entering grades 1 – 12, the $800 deposit is applied to a one-time matriculation fee and is not applied to tuition. Tuition for kindergarten through high school does not cover school uniforms or daily student supplies such as pencils, notebooks and folders, and after-school activities and/or athletic program fees. Students in kindergarten through high school will be assessed a separate student services fee which covers technology infrastructure and support; a yearbook for every student; day field trips; and annual IB school fees including assessment services, programme evaluation/accreditation costs, and other administrative support services provided by the IBO. Every 4th through 12th grade student will be required to have an iPad or MacBook with certain specifications. In addition to the foregoing, after-school child care for preschool, kindergarten, elementary, and middle school students is available and will be billed as an additional monthly charge. A student’s enrollment space is held when both a signed Enrollment Contract and the $800.00 non-refundable deposit are submitted to the school. Single Annual Payment Plan (due on or before June 1, 2016) Semi-Annual Payment Plan (two equal installments) Parents can elect to pay tuition on either the 5th or 20th of the month during the months of June and December. These payments will be made by automatic bank drafts administered by FACTS Management Company. There is a $150 administrative charge which will be due July 1, 2016. Monthly Payment Plan (nine equal monthly payments). Parents can elect to pay tuition on either the 5th or 20th of each month commencing June 2016 through February 2017.
