PCBC Day School is a ministry of Park Cities Baptist Church that provides quality early childhood education and care for the community of Dallas and surrounding areas through a stimulating, loving Christian environment and a curriculum of active learning that nurtures the growth of the whole child. It is our purpose to prepare each child for the next level of learning and growing cognitively, emotionally, socially, physically and spiritually.

Application Process

Enrollment is available throughout the school year, if space is available. When a class is full, an applicant will be placed on the waitlist and considered for enrollment in the order the application is received, with priority given as follows: current students, teacher’s children, siblings of current students, PCBC church members and community members. The class make-up will also be considered.

Infants: Must be at least 8 weeks old before attending PCBC Day School. If you plan to enroll a newborn but you want the baby to start at a date later than August 30th, you must register and pay all regularly scheduled tuition payments due as of the enrollment date to hold your child’s spot. If you elect to be placed on the waiting list and not pay tuition to hold the spot, the child will only be enrolled when an opening becomes available.

New Applicants: Review the PCBC Day School website and schedule a tour (children may attend tour) Submit a completed application and $25 application fee (accepted year-round and in-utero) Wait for the Open Enrollment period or for a mid-year opening Open Enrollment Period: End of January We will contact the applicant and offer a spot as they are available Applicants will have 48 hours to confirm their enrollment by responding to the director, paying the registration fee and signing the PCBC Day School Tuition Contract. It is the responsibility of the new family to maintain current contact information Pay the Registration Fee, complete all required paperwork for your child’s file by the listed due date and pay the first tuition payment by June 1 or as stated by the Director. At the end of summer, you will receive a “Welcome to School” packet with more information about your child’s classroom and starting the new school year.

Submission of the Preschool Application and payment of the fee does not guarantee placement.

The Preschool Application Fee is non-refundable and payable by cash or check if submitting a hard copy application and an online payment option will be available via the Day School website soon.
