General Conditions For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will be referred to as “The Promoter”.
These terms and conditions can be collected at the reception desk of TRFM and Gippsland’s 1242 11 Coonoc Rd, Traralgon, VIC, 3844 and can be downloaded from the websites www.trfm.com.au or www.1242.com.au
Entry is open to Victorian residents only. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However, employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees.
Participating McDonald’s Restaurants, including business owners, managers, employees and their immediate relatives are ineligible to enter.
Competition Period Entries open: Monday, May 11 at 3.00 pm Entries close: Friday, June 12 at 9.00 am
Daily Winners: Daily winners will be announced each weekday between 9.00 am - 1.00 pm starting Monday, May 18 2020 to Friday, June 12, 2020

Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to visit participating McDonald’s Restaurants Drive Thru, make a purchase and upload their receipt of purchase to www.trfm.com.au or www.1242.com.au along with filling out a common online entry form.
Once the listener has successfully filled out the common online entry form and uploaded their receipt, they will be placed into the draw to become a daily winner.
Each weekday during the “promotional period” between 9.00 am - 1.00 pm, an ACE Radio representative will randomly draw 1 entry from a pool of online entries to become a daily winner.
Each daily winner will receive $200 towards their bills.
There will be up to twenty (20) daily winners.
If in the course of a telephone call doesn’t answer or the telephone line drops out/ breaks up the Promoter may proceed to another caller. In such an event, the Promoter will not be responsible for the awarding of any prize to the caller whose line dropped out or broke up.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
Any person who is found to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and/or redeeming a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
Conditions of entry Prize money will be transferred to the winner within 14 business days of supplying an ACE Radio Representative with identification and providing account details.
The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to pick up the prize:
● Drivers License ● Proof of age card ● Current Passport ● Defence Force Identification Card
Once you have been selected as a daily winner, you can no longer be selected throughout the promotional period.
In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any persons from the Promotion on the grounds of their medical condition or history, for the safety of the Promoter’s staff members or others or for any other reason, for example bringing the Promoter’s brand into disrepute. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify contestants if:
(a) a contestant at any stage engages in, causes or incites physical violence (e.g. punching, slapping), inappropriate, illegal, unsociable or unsafe behaviour; and/or
(b) the safety of any of the Promoter’s staff members is compromised.
The Promoter will not award the prize if the Promotion is terminated for whatever reason.
