Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales Residents. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However, employees and immediate relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. and participating businesses including full time and casual staff are ineligible to enter at their business. These terms and conditions can be www.decideyourride.com.au Competition Period Entry Opens: Monday, February 22, 2021, at 6.00 AM Entry Closes: Thursday, April 8, 2021, at 12.00 PM Grand Draw: Monday, April 12, 2021, between 8.00 am & 8.30 am. Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to shop at any of the participating stores during the promotional period stated above. The entry form is to be completed and placed into the entry barrel located at the business. No specific amount needs to be spent. All entries will be collected by Friday, April 9, 2021 A minor draw will be conducted at each of the ACE Radio locations listed below between 12noon and 3 pm on Friday, April 9 2021. One finalist will be selected from the entries gathered from participation businesses in each of the nine (9) ACE radio regions. There will be only finalist per radio market. The selected nine (9) finalists will then be placed in the Grand Draw conducted on Monday, April 12, 2021, between 8.00 am & 8.30 am. Inaudible, incomplete, incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be eligible and will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter. Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in the promotion and/or redeeming a prize. Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotion period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter. Conditions If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years these terms and conditions must be signed by the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded and the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian. The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to receive funds. ● Australian Drivers License ● Victorian proof of age card or an equivalent from another state or territory of Australia. ● Australian or foreign passport. Prize Collection The promoter may request at its sole discretion a winner to present in person to validate their identity by providing ID which includes a photograph. Upon request by the Promoter, a copy of the general contest rules and/or a signed receipt and acknowledgement must be signed and endorsed by any winner to indicate his/her understanding and acceptance of these terms. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
