General Conditions For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will be referred to as “The Promoter”.
Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales residents. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However, employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees.
Participating businesses, including business owners, managers, employees and their relatives are ineligible to enter. This includes the parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees/employers.
These terms and conditions can be collected at the reception desk of 3NE and Edge FM - 19 Templeton Street Wangaratta, Victoria, 3677 and can be viewed online at www.3ne.com.au + www.edge1021.com.au Competition Period Entries open: Tuesday, September 3, 2019, at 9.00am Entries close: Thursday, October 17, 2019, at 5.00pm Major Draw: Friday, October 25, 2019, between 7.00 - 8.00 am Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to attend any of the participating stores during the promotional period stated above to receive an entry form. There is no requirement to purchase from participating stores to go into the draw.
The entry form is to be completed with correct details and you must tick your choice of holiday for the entry to be deemed accepted into the promotion.
Each person may enter only ONCE per business per day. Multiple registrations will result in the entry being deemed invalid.
Entries will close at 5 pm on Thursday, October 17, 2019, at 5.00pm and be collected by the promoter and brought back to the station on Friday, October 18, 2019, between 9.00 - 4.00 pm
Between 4.00 - 5.00 pm on Friday, October 18, 2019, an ACE Radio Representative will draw 20 entries at random to be placed in a preliminary draw.
Starting on Monday, October 21 until Thursday, October 24, 2019, between 7.00am & 5.00pm an ACE Radio Representative will call at random an entry from the preliminary draw. To be placed into the Major Draw the successful entrant must answer their phone call from us with "Is this my Boarding Call?".
If the caller does not answer or use the phrase required, the entrant will not be in the Major Draw.
The phrase "Is this my boarding call?" must be said in its entirety.
There will be up to 20 entrants included in the Major Draw.
Successful entrants who say the correct phrase when answering the phone will be placed into the Major Draw for their chance to win the Major Prize.
Inaudible, incomplete, incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be eligible and will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter or a participating business.
Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in the promotion and/or redeeming a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotion period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter. Conditions If an entrant is found to have submitted multiple entries or an entry on behalf of someone, not present, the entries will be disqualified and all entries made by such person(s) on that day will be deemed invalid.
The Holiday chosen at the time of entry is the holiday you must take. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Chosen holiday must be redeemed by 30/6/2020
A current passport, travel visa and travel insurance are the responsibility of the prize winner.
No other costs will be included, other than those detailed in the PRIZE DETAILS section of this document.
The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to pick up the prize:
● Drivers License ● Proof of age card ● Current Passport ● Defence Force Identification Card
The prize will only be given to the winner who supplies adequate identification to an ACE Radio staff member.
The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entrants give permission for ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. to advertise that they have won along with the details of the prizes - including costs.
ACE Radio Broadcasting, their agents and affiliates will not be held liable for any defective prizes or misuse of any prizes or for any claims, liability or loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd
Prize Draw The Major Prize Draw will be held between 7.00 - 8.00 am on Friday, October 25, 2019, at the 3NE & Edge 102.1 Studios - 19 Templeton Street, Wangaratta 3677
One (1) name will be drawn at random from the finalist pool and be deemed the winner of the Boarding Call Promotion. Prize Details The Winner of The Boarding Call Promotion will win the holiday they have ticked on their entry form.
