Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales residents. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes, parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

Participating businesses, including business owners, managers, employees and their relatives are ineligible to enter. This includes the parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees/employers.

Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to shop at any of the participating McDonald’s ​ ​ stores (see below) during the promotional period stated above. Upon making a purchase at any of the participating stores they will receive an entry form, there is no minimum purchase value. The entry form is to be completed and placed into the entry barrel located at the business. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

Each person may enter only once per business per day. Multiple registrations will result in the entry being deemed invalid. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

Inaudible, incomplete, incomprehensible entries (whichever is applicable) will not be eligible and will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the promotion will be disqualified from participating in the promotion and/or redeeming a prize. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

Should an entrant’s contact details change during the promotion period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.

Conditions The promoters decision is final and the promoter and its affiliates will not enter into any correspondence regarding the competition result. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

No other costs will be included, other than those detailed in the PRIZE ​ DETAILS section of this document. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​

If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years these terms and conditions must be signed by the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded and the prize may at the absolute discretion of the Promoter be awarded to the prize winner’s parent or legal guardian. ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​
