General Conditions For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will be referred to as “The Promoter”.
Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales residents. Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However, employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. are ineligible to enter. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees.

Entry Method Listeners will be encouraged to register online at www.edgefm.com.au and www.3ne.com.au to fill in a common entry form and nominate who has made a difference in your life recently and who deserves to win a Frasca's Steel custom made firepit.
Entry is open 24hrs a day throughout the duration of the promotion, Monday, August 10, 2020, at 12.00 AM to Wednesday, September 2, 2020, at 12.00 PM. Entry is free.
Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.
Any person who is found to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and/or redeeming a prize.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.
Conditions No other costs will be included, other than those detailed in the PRIZE DETAILS section of this document.
The prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
Delivery of firepit is available within 50kms of Wangaratta
The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to participate in the final draw:
● Drivers License ● Proof of age card ● Current Passport ● Defence Force Identification Card
The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter and their affiliates will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.
All entrants give ACE Radio Broadcasters permission to also advertise that they have won the major prize.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.
Prize Draw The first prize draw will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2020, between 3.00 - 4.00 PM where an ACE Radio Representative will select two (2) entrants who have nominated someone to win and the second prize draw on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, between 3.00 - 4.00 PM where an ACE Radio Representative will select two (2) entrants who have nominated someone to win
Prize draws will be held at the Edge & 3NE studios - 19 Templeton Street Wangaratta, Victoria, 3676
The four (4) best entrants who have nominated a person who has made a difference in your life recently and who deserves to win a Frasca's Steel custom made firepit will be deemed the winners of Heartwarming Stories.
Winners will be determined by the promoter will be deemed the winner of the competition.
Prize Details Each nominated winner receive; 1 x custom made Frasca's Steel fire pit including delivery (within 50kms of Wangaratta) Each firepit is valued at $400
Total Prize Pool - $1600
