General Conditions For the purpose of these terms and conditions, ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty Ltd will be referred to as “The Promoter”.

Entry is open to Victorian and New South Wales residents only.

Under 18s must have a parent/legal guardian consent to enter. However, employees and relatives of ACE Radio Broadcasters Pty. Ltd. and Forty Winks are ineligible to enter. This includes parents, siblings, grandparents, spouses or partners, uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews of employees.

These terms and conditions can be viewed online www.themorningrush.com.au ​ Competition Period Entries open: Monday, February 1, 2021, at 6.00 AM ​ Entries close: Friday, February 26, 2021, at 8.30 AM ​

(Public holidays and some other days may be excluded, as determined by the promoter)

Entry Method Over the above promotional period, people will be encouraged to listen to The Morning Rush between 6.00 am - 8.30 am to play Crack the Riddle.

Each weekday between 6.00 am - 8.30 pm during the promotional period, ACE Radio representative will solicit callers to the competition line.

Once you hear the daily riddle solicit you will be encouraged to phone the competition line on 1300 00 1242 for your chance to play “Crack the Riddle and win $100.00 Visa card plus go into the draw to win a weekly $1000 Travel Voucher.

The first successful caller that cracks the riddle will win a $100 Visa card and go into the draw to win a weekly $1000 Travel Voucher.

The promoter’s decision is final when it comes to judging the accuracy of the entrant’s answers.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the Promoter includes any content which may be unlawful, profane, inflammatory, defamatory and/or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promoter.

Any person who is found to have used or attempted to use more than one name in entering the Promotion will be disqualified from participating in the Promotion and/or redeeming a prize.

Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter.

Conditions of entry If the winner is under the age of 18 years, they must have a legal parent or guardian accompany them for the entire duration of their stay in the stadium.

The winner must show photo identification in the form of the following in order to participate in the final draw:

● Drivers License ● Proof of age card ● Current Passport ● Defence Force Identification Card

The Promoter and their affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter and their affiliates will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result.

All entrants give ACE Radio Broadcasters permission to also advertise that they have won the major prize.

Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded or received will be the responsibility of the winner. Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a prize if this is a concern.

Prize Details Each successful entrant who cracks the riddle will win a $100 Visa Voucher.

All entrants will be placed in a weekly draw to win a $1000 Travel Voucher. There will be four (4) weekly winners.

Total Prize Pool - Up to $6000

Publication Details Winners over $1000 will be published on the Station Website for a minimum of 28 days from Friday, February 27, 2021, www.themorningrush.com.au ​ ​
