Sept 13, 2016 Prague to Bratislava: Transfer and City Tour Tuesday Breakfast at hotel Private coach and English speaking guide for transfer to train station (bottled Meals Included: water provided on coach) Breakfast Intra program train: Prague to Bratislava Upon arrival, group is met by private coach and English speaking guide for transfer to hotel (bottled water provided on coach) Check in hotel Met English speaking guide for city tour via public transportation (day Travelcard included) City Tour: Visit of the most important sights in the city center: the Hviezdoslav Square, the Reduta, Opera House of Slovak National Theater or Erdődy Palace. Continue the walking tour to see St. Michael´s Gate and St. Martin´s Cathedral. The tour continues to the Main Square where can be find interesting sights like Roland´s Fontaine and The Old Town Hall. The Franciscan Square is situated just next to the Main Square here is Mirbach Palace, The Old Town Hall with The Aponnyi Palace and The Primate´s Palace. Sept 14, 2016 Bratislava: Cultural Visits Wednesday Breakfast at hotel Full day coach and English speaking guide for cultural visits (bottled water Meals Included: provided on coach) Breakfast Panoramic tour of Small Carpathians mountain range. then the tour continue to the vineyards where you can admire the beautiful views of Small Carpathians and listen to a lecture about the wine growing and production in Slovakia as well discover the secrets of traditional Slovak cuisine. Visit the Gallery with a unique collection of original paintings from Andy Warhol, the famous US painter, pop-art founder from Slovakia. Afterwards, the group divides into smaller groups (all groups will take part on each program): GROUP I: The professional sommelier will explain the production of the wine step by step and present the specifics of wine quality. Afterwards wine tasting of quality Small Carpathian wines presented by professional sommelier GROUP II: Wine making- the opportunity the make the own wine under the guidance of wine technologist GROUP III: Culinary school - short cooking course of selected Slovak specialties with tasting After visits, return transfer to hotel Dinner on own and evening free Overnight: Bratislava (2)
