ONLINE SERVICES SUBSCRIPTIONS AVAILABILITY License-based services are licensed with User User Subscription Licenses (User SLs) A Subscription is created for each Subscription Licenses assigned to individual may be added to, or removed, license type that a customer requires users. The following license-based services are from a Subscription at any time available through CSP: Payment is made for licenses Subscriptions last 12 months and upfront monthly or annually then automatically renew

Prices are fixed for the duration Subscriptions may be suspended if of the Subscription customer requirements change

USE RIGHTS The use rights of license-based services acquired through all programs are governed by the Product Terms and Online Services Terms documents. Licenses acquired through CSP are also subject to the terms of the Agreement which may restrict use rights that are detailed in the Product Terms and Online Services Terms documents.

WINDOWS 10 ENTERPRISE

AVAILABLE USER SLs  Windows 10 Enterprise E3 Customers may run Windows 10 in a virtual  Windows 10 Enterprise E5 machine running on Microsoft Azure or a  Windows 10 Enterprise E3 VDA shared server with a Qualified Multitenant Hosting Partner.

AVAILABLE USER SLs  Enterprise E3/E5, Business and F1 USE RIGHTS  Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3 and E5 include CAL rights equivalent to those for Office 365 E3/E5 and EMS E3/E5 as discussed above/below  Microsoft 365 Business licenses do not include any CAL equivalent rights  Microsoft 365 F1 includes CAL rights equivalent to those for EMS E3 as discussed above

OFFICE 365 ADDON USER SLs AVAILABLE USER SLs These are User SLs that are purchased on top of another, qualifying User SL to give access to a service that is not available standalone. The plans For example: A for Business Audio Conferencing User SL requires a Skype for Business Phone System or  E1, E3, E5, F1 Office 365 E5 User SL  Business  Business Essentials USE RIGHTS  Business Premium The following User SLs include CAL equivalent rights to access licensed on-premises servers:

DYNAMICS 365 ADDON SLs AVAILABLE USER SLs: These are SLs that are purchased on top of a qualifying User SL to give access Full User SLs to a service that is not available standalone. For example: Additional Plans Database Storage or Additional Non-Production Instances may be added to a  Customer Engagement, Unified Operations, Dynamics 365 Dynamics 365 plan Subscription Apps  Sales, AI for Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field USE RIGHTS Service, Project Service Automation, Retail, Talent, Operations • Customers buying any Customer Engagement User SLs may install Dynamics Activity, Operations Device, Operation Order Lines, Marketing 365 Server on-premises and access it • Customers buying any Operations User SLs may install Dynamics 365 for Team Members Operations Server on-premises and access it Business Central Essentials and Premium Add-on and From SA User SLs These are User SLs that are purchased when qualifying on-premises licenses with active Software Assurance are in place, to make a transition to equivalent cloud services easier and cost-effective.  Add-on User SLs: customers continue to pay for both the qualifying licenses and SA and the Add-on User SLs  From SA User SLs: customers pay only for the From SA User SLs
