COURSE DESCRIPTION: LIT 277 INTRODUCTION TO IRISH LITERATURE 3 credits

A survey of Irish literature in several “Ireland is a nation known for genres—novels short stories, poetry, its striking beauty, its political drama, essays, and criticism—from tur- moil, and its long and illustrious literary history.
