ABOUT THE GALLERY

The Hugh Lane Gallery and how to get there The Hugh Lane Gallery is located in ’s city centre on North, very close to O’Connell St.

You can get here by walking, bike, bus, car. The Luas and Dart are also

close by. The gallery is completely wheelchair accessible with lifts to all

floors. It is open from Tuesday to Sunday and admission is free.

Tuesday to Thursday 9:45am–6pm / Friday 9:45am–5pm

Saturday 10am–5pm / Sunday 11am–5pm

Visiting the Hugh Lane with your class

If you would like to visit with your class, you can book a guided tour by contacting our Education Department at least two weeks in advance of the proposed visit. Guided tours cost €30 up to a max of 30 students per group. You can also arrange a self-guided visit. Depending on availability, it can be possible to arrange a 1.5 hour combined tour & art workshops which costs €125. In advance of your visit you can find further information and
