INTRODUCTION TO VITICULTURE AND OENOLOGY

Introduction to the principles of viticulture including: physiology, ecophysiology and morphology. , training systems, floor management, pathology and other technical practices in viticulture. An introduction to oenology, including maturation, fermentation, operations, aging and preservation. Introduction to sensory analysis.
