29 April 2021 Details of Compulsory Testing Notice

A. Places patronised by a local preliminary positive case with unknown sources of infection involving N501Y mutation strain

1. Any person who had been present at Fu Tung Plaza (Fu Tung Market is included), 6 Fu Tung Street, , Island, , , at any time during the period from April 9 to April 29, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 1, 2021.

2. Any person who had been present at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 5 Tsing Luk Street, , New Territories, Hong Kong, at any time on April 11 or April 18, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 1, 2021.

3. Any person who had been present at Man Tung Road Park, 55 Man Tung Road, Tung Chung, , New Territories, Hong Kong, at any time on April 11, April 18 or April 25, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 1, 2021.

4. Any person who had been present at Fusion, Shop 22-23, 1/F, Caribbean Bazaar, 1 Kin Tung Road, Tung Chung, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong, at any time on April 12 or April 16, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 1, 2021.

5. Any person who had been present at (only the shopping mall is included), 18-20 Tat Tung Road & 41 Man Tung Road, Tung Chung, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong, at any time on April 25, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 1, 2021.

B. Others

1. Any person exempted by the Chief Secretary for Administration from compulsory quarantine under section 4(1) of the Compulsory Quarantine of Persons Arriving at Hong Kong from Foreign Places Regulation (Cap. 599E) who had taken the civil aviation aircraft with flight number CX906 from the Philippines to Hong Kong on April 14, 2021, has to undergo testing by April 30, 2021.

2. Any person who had been present at any of the below specified premises for more than two hours at any time during the period from April 16 to April 29, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff, students and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 1, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing who had been present at the specified premises (g) to (i) choose to undergo testing using the specimen bottles distributed by the Centre for Health Protection (CHP), they have to return the specimen bottle with the sample by May 3, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between April 27 and April 29, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.
