Places patronised by the confirmed cases with unknown sources of infection involving N501Y mutant strain 1. Any person who had been present at 13/F, Cameron Commercial Centre, 458- 468 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong at any time on April 21, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. 2. Any person who had been present at 8/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong at any time on April 21, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between April 30 and May 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice. 3. Any person who had been present at Annunciation Catholic Kindergarten, 11 On Yin Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time during the period from April 22 to May 3, 2021 (including but not limited to full- time, part-time and relief staff, students and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing choose to undergo testing using the specimen bottles distributed by the Centre for Health Protection, they have to return the specimen bottle with the sample by May 9, 2021. 1 If a person subject to compulsory testing has completed a COVID-19 vaccination course, he/she would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in this Notice regardless of whether or not the test was conducted for complying with this Notice. For both the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine (CoronaVac vaccine) and Fosun Pharma/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty vaccine), completion of the vaccination course in general means having received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine 14 days ago, i.e. having received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine on or before April 23, 2021. For persons previously infected with COVID-19, they may be deemed to have completed the COVID-19 vaccination course after receiving one dose of Comirnaty vaccine or one dose of CoronaVac vaccine 14 days ago, i.e. having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccine on or before April 23, 2021. 4. Any person who had been present at Wellcome, Shop 9A, Phase 1, Allway Gardens, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time on April 22, April 24, April 25 or May 2, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part- time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. 5. Any person who had been present at Hymn Piano Company, Block E, Allway Gardens, 187 Tsuen King Circuit, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time on April 22, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part- time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. 6. Any person who had been present at Yip’s Children’s Choral & Performing Arts Centre, Unit 2302-2303, 23/F, Tower 2, Metroplaza, Kwai Fong, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time on April 24, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. 7. Any person who had been present at Discovery Park (only the shopping mall is included), 398 Castle Peak Road Tsuen Wan, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time on April 26, 2021 (including but not limited to full- time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. B. Places patronised by the preliminary positive cases involving N501Y mutant strain 1. Any person who had been present at Citygate (only the shopping mall is included), 18-20 Tat Tung Road & 41 Man Tung Road, Tung Chung, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time during the period from April 10 to April 26, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between April 30 and May 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice. 2. Any person who had been present at Ling Liang Church Sau Tak Primary School, 35 Man Tung Road, Tung Chung, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time during the period from April 8 to May 4, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. C. Places patronised by the previous confirmed case with unknown sources of infection involving N501Y mutant strain 1. Any person who had been present at Zaks, Shop G04 on G/F & Shop 103 on 1/F, D'Deck, Discovery Bay, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time on April 11, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. 2. Any person who had been present at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong, 51 Man Tung Road, Tung Chung, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time during the period from April 10 to April 11, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021 3. Any person who had been present at Curry Lounge at Shop S, G/F, SeaView Crescent, 8 Tung Chung Waterfront Road, Tung Chung, Lantau Island, New Territories, Hong Kong at any time on April 10, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021 D. Others 1. Any person who had been present at any of the below specified premises for more than two hours at any time during the period from April 21 to May 4, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff, students and visitors), has to undergo testing by May 7, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing who had been present at the specified premises (7) to (23) choose to undergo testing using the specimen bottles distributed by the Centre for Health Protection, they have to return the specimen bottle with the sample by May 9, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between May 2 and May 4, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice. KTE will commence passenger service on 23 October 20161.
