NEWLY RENOVATED, SYDNEY TOWER DINING ANNOUNCES THREE NEW LEVELS OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE EXPERIENCES
Trippas White Group today revealed the venue names and offerings, for its fully refurbished Sydney Tower Dining precinct. The $12-million redevelopment will produce three levels of all-new food & beverage experiences, creating Sydney’s highest bar and restaurant precinct:
• Infinity at Sydney Tower: Premium dining located on Level 1 (replacing 360 Bar and Dining), offering spectacular revolving views of Sydney and its surrounds, from the Blue Mountains to the Pacific Ocean. • SkyFeast at Sydney Tower: Level 2’s casual dining spot, offering unlimited options with cuisines from around the world, including seafood, pasta, salads, desserts and more. • Bar 83 at Sydney Tower: A brand-new luxe cocktail lounge and bar on Level 3 (replacing former event space, Studio Sydney Tower); Sydney’s highest bar, at 83 floors above street level.
Infinity at Sydney Tower – opening 25th of September 2020 – taking bookings now! Mike Dierlinger comes on-board as Head Chef for Sydney Tower Dining’s premium restaurant on Level 1, Infinity at Sydney Tower. He will also direct the bar food offering for Bar 83 two levels above. Mike, who hails from two-hatted, The Bridge Room, brings to the role 16 years’ experience across Michelin-star and hatted restaurants throughout Europe, south-east Asia and Australia. Drawing on inspiration from his travels, the ever-changing menu at Infinity will celebrate the diversity of contemporary Australian cuisine, combining the finest local produce with international ingredients and flavours. “In line with what the name Infinity represents, I am excited to bring this concept of endless possibilities and creativity into the kitchen. Diners can expect simple and elegant dishes that hero the incredible fresh local produce, crafted with an international twist,” said Mike Dierlinger.
