Confidential West Acting successfully on behalf of the client in a precedent-setting lease dispute against a local Coast Tech Company Swedish market leading listed Real Estate Company. Blackstone Advised on the sale of the iconic Adelphi building in Covent Garden, London. Represented our Asian client, Dija LLC, in the $133 million acquisition of the Lansdowne Resort & Landsdowne Resort Spa in Leesburg, Virginia. The 486-acre resort on the Potomac River includes 296 guest rooms and suites, a full-service spa, 55,000 square feet of meeting space and other leisure facilities.
