MEASUREMENTS HOW TO TAKE CORRECTLY MEASURMENTS

You'll notice that there are 27 measurments on this form. It is important that you take all of them carefully. Take measurments undressed !!! What do you need ?

1) SOFT TAPE MEASURE 2) 4 PIECES OF CORD

1 piece of cord for waist about 100 cm long 1 piece of cord for about 50 cm long 2 pieces of cord for about 70 cm long

The cord is an easy way to precisely measure otherwise difficul areas of the body. Have a friend help , positioning the cord at height nd making sure it is horizontally aligned to the body ( SEE PHOTO )

Then position the second cord around the neck as if it were a necklace ( SEE PHOTO )

Take the last two cords and pass them under the armpits. It is very important that they are perfectly vertical to the body. ( SEE PHOTO )

IMPORTANT !!! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN TAKING THESE MEASURMENTS DO NOT STRETCH TOO MUCH THE TAPE MEASURE

Shoulder - Position the tape measure in exactly the same point where the cord was previously placed ( be careful that the hang down the side of the body and that the tape measure is tight against the body)

6 Waist - place the tape measure where you placed the cord at the navel height

7 - Position the tape measure at the widest point keeping the tape measure horizontal

Groin - position the tape measure at the highest point of the inside leg

9 - position the tape measure around the largest point of the thigh muscle

Knee - psitionthe tape measure around the starting from the center of the knee cap

Forearm - bend the arm and position the tape measure at the center of the elbow , extend the tape measure to the

Chest - position the tape measure underneith the armpits being careful to measure the largest part of the chest. Female measurments should include the most extended part of the

Lower Chest - position the tape measure at the lowest point of the bone

Outside Leg - Making sure that the cord around the waist fully lined up with the navel and horizontal to the body. Then extend the tape measure from the cord down to the outside of the ankle bone

Inside Leg - position the tape measure at the highest point of the , then extend the tape measure down to the center of the inside ankle bone

Lower Leg - bend the leg 90 degrees and extend the tape measure from the center of the knee to the hight of the ankle bone

Arm - bend the arm 90 degrees making sure that the cords around the are perfectly vertical to the body. Extend the tape measure from the cord to the bone at the end of the ulnar styloid as marked by the red arrow

Back - make sure that the cord around the waist is still at navel hight ad horizontal to the body. Extend the tape measure from the neckcord to the waist cord being careful that the tape measure stays flat against the body

Shoulders - make sure that the cord around the shoulders is vertical to the body with the arms down the side of your body. Measure from the left shoulder cord to the right shoulder cord

Vertical Chest - make sure that the cord around the waist is still at navel hight and horizontal to the body, extend the tape measure from the front of the neck cord to the front waist cord being careful that the tape measure stays flat against the body

Whole Body - measure from the front neck cord ,making sure the tape measure is flat against the body, straight down and under the legs back up to the center of the rear neck cord. Important : there should be no slack in the tape measure

Between Legs - make sure the cord around the waist( measure #6 ) is still at navel hight and horizontal to the body. Measure from the front of the cord following down betwen the legs up to the center of the rear waist cord. Important : there should be no slack in the tape measure

25 Seated - sit on a table and make sure that the cord around the waist is still at the navel hight and horizontal to the body. Keeping the back straight, measure from the waist cord down to the table.

IMPORTANT !!!! How to check you have correct measurments ?

First Check Substract the measurment #16 from the measurment #17 , the total must to be the value of the measurment #25. There sould be a difference of no more than 1 cm !

Second Check Make the sum of measurments #20+#22+#24 , the total must be the measurment #23 There sould be a difference of no more than 1 cm !

REMEMBER THAT ALL FABRICS AND MATERIALS AFTER A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND USE , THEREFOR EVEN THE TIGHTEST FITTING WILL BE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE
