Semester Italian language courses, free of charge for Erasmus students. Exams with a final evaluation below 18/30 have not been passed successfully. The maximum Credits and exams grade is 30/30 (30/30 with honours). The credits corresponding to each academic activity is acquired by a student only when he/she passes an exam

HOUSING
It is quite easy to find a shared room once students arrive. We suggest students that they book a hostel or hotel for the first two weeks while looking Assistance for accommodation for a permanent accommodation. The Welcome Office FVG (http://www.welcomeoffice.fvg.it/) and the Erasmus Students Network (http://www.esntrieste.it/) both offer some kind of assistance. A limited number of rooms are available in student dormitories, and are On-campus accommodation reserved for students from non EU Universities. FINANCIAL MATTERS
Average expenses per month (in Euros): Accommodation: about 150 Euros for a place in a double room - accommodation Food: 100 Euros - food Transportation: 30 Euros per month - transportation Books: 50 Euros (most of the books can be borrowed at the university - books libraries) - miscellaneous Internet: 20 Euros; Phone: 20 Euros; Utilities: 30 Euros
