All public institutions in the state of Oregon are now officially test optional in college admissions in 2020: Eastern Oregon, Oregon State, Oregon Tech, Portland State, Southern Oregon, University of Oregon and Western Oregon Universities have eliminated the SAT/ACT requirement for freshman applicants starting in Fall 2021.
You will need to check with other schools to find out if they require SAT/ACT test scores and/or subject test(s).
