Special Projects Assistant on the China Team, Asia Division, February – June 2010 • Worked with local Chinese CSOs and political leaders to develop rule of law and implement democracy promotion programs. • Assisted research and writing of competitive grant proposals to begin new Institute programs in India, Bangladesh, Thailand, and Indonesia. • Prepared policy briefs on democracy, human rights, labor and security in the Asia region.
