The research method used is a quantitative research method with analysis of composite reliability, Cronbach's alpha, average variance extracted, t test, P value and coefficient of determination. The population in this study were all airline employees using purposive sampling data obtained amounting to 95. The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant effect on foreign and domestic tourists in Indonesia. The more Indonesian citizens who died and were infected with Covid-19 took place from March to July 2020, the more foreign and domestic tourists are worried about the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia, this has an impact on reducing foreign tourist visits by 58.80% and 59.96% when compared to January to June 2018, 2019 and 2020 amounting to 7,498,378, 7,715,512 and 3,089,659. Domestic tourists visiting several cities and provinces in Indonesia experienced a decrease of 71.98% and 69.09% when compared to 303,403,888, 275,000,000 and 85,000,000 people in January to June 2018. The Covid-19 pandemic has a significant effect on airline company employees in Indonesia. The longer the temporary closure to the limitation of airplane passengers, the lower the company's revenue which in turn results in a reduction in the number of employees at airlines in Indonesia. This has an impact on reducing airline company revenues of IDR 207,000,000,000, Garuda Group airline company for the first half of 2020 suffered a net loss of US $ 120,100,000, it also resulted in the reduction of 800 employees of Garuda Group airlines and 2,600 employees of Lion Group airlines .
