As you recall, in November 2014 we initiated this tournament as the Oahu Mid-Amateur Championship. With over 90 players actively competing for trophies and prizes in four Mid-Am flights (CH, A, B, C) the event and the Mid-Am format was heralded a great success!
NEW FLIGHTS This year, while continuing to offer the 4 popular Mid-Am flights (age 25+), the tournament will include two new competitive flights: Am Championship flight (any age) and Sr-Am Championship flight (age 55+). These new flights present even more competitive opportunity for all golfers. And thus, the tournament has been renamed The Oahu Amateur Championship (OAC). This tournament will again be a 2-Day, 36-Hole Event, Flighted, Stroke Play Event.
SUNDAY EVENT Continuing with tradition, we will have the Sunday night Pau Hana Event following the first round, with all of the festivities and libations.
