TCMF-Booklet-Pages.Pdf فســتیوال موســیقی معاصــر تهــران بــه عنــوان تنهــا فســتیوال ملــی و بیــن المللــی در حــوزه موســیقی معاصــر و آکادمیــک ، یــک رویــداد فرهنگــی و هنــری مســتقل اســت کــه بــا حمایــت و همــکاری نهادهــا و انجمــن هــای فرهنگــی و هنــری بصــورت ســاﻻنه برگــزار خواهــد شــد. طــرح اولیــه برگــزاری ایــن فســتیوال توســط نویــد گوهــری )مدیــر هنــری( و احســان تــارخ )مدیــر اجرایــی( در بهــار 1393 نوشــته شــد و در تابســتان 1394 بــا همفکــری و برنامــه ریــزی دکتــر حســین ســروی )مشــاور امــور بیــن الملــل و نظــارت راهبــردی( و بــا همیــاری و حمایــت دفتــر موســیقی وزارت فرهنــگ و ارشــاد اســامی، بنیــاد رودکــی، مــوزه هنرهــای معاصــر تهــران و خانــه هنرمنــدان ایــران اولیــن اقدامــات اجرایــی آن صــورت گرفــت. همزمــان بــا تاســیس کانــون موســیقی در مــوزه هنرهــای معاصــر تهــران توســط نویــد گوهــری بــه عنــوان مدیــر کانــون، ایــده برگــزاری “فســتیوال بیــن المللــی موســیقی معاصــر تهــران” توســط ایــن کانــون پیگیــری شــد. در پاییــز 1394 شــورای علمــی و هنــری فســتیوال بــا همــکاری دکتــر حمیدرضــا اردﻻن )مشــاور علمــی(، آیدیــن صمیمــی مفخــم، مارتینــا کوشســکا و رضــا مرتضوی )مشــاوران هنــری( تشــکیل گردیــد و اقدامــات عملــی جهــت برگــزاری نخســتین دوره فســتیوال بیــن المللــی موســیقی معاصــر تهــران بــا اعــام فراخــوان و دعــوت از گــروه هــای خارجــی بــا همــکاری موسســه موســیقی نویــن اســپکترو بــه انجــام رســید. رشــد و اعتــای خاقیــت هــا و آفرینــش هــای موســیقایی، ایجــاد زیــر ســاخت و بســترهای مناســب بــه منظــور ارائــه ثبــت و معرفــی آثــار هنرمنــدان موســیقی معاصــر، تقویــت زیرســاخت هــای دیپلماســی فرهنگــی بــا تمرکــز بــر موســیقی معاصــر بــه عنــوان یکــی از عوامــل تاثیرگــذار در عرصــه بیــن الملــل، ارایــه و معرفــی رویکردهــای نویــن هنــر موســیقی در جهــان و ایجــاد زمینــه هــای مناســب جهــت رشــد و بروزرســانی دانــش بومــی موســیقی ایــران، کارآفرینــی و ایجــاد انگیــزه در حــوزه هنــر موســیقی معاصــر، شناســایی، معرفــی و حمایــت از اســتعدادهای درخشــان در عرصــه موســیقی معاصــر از طریــق حضــور در عرصــه هــای بیــن المللــی از مهمتریــن اهــداف برگــزاری فســتیوال در هــر دوره مــی باشــد. کانــون موســیقی معاصــر در راســتای سیاســت هــای جدیــد مــوزه هنرهــای معاصــر تهــران در جهــت رشــد فعالیــت هــای هنــری، بــا تمرکــز بــر اجــرا و اشــاعه موســیقی معاصــر در پاییــز 1394 توســط نویــد گوهــری )بــه عنــوان مدیــر کانــون( و احســان تــارخ، حســین ســروی و آیدیــن صمیمــی مفخــم )بــه عنــوان اعضــای شــورای برنامه ریــزی کانــون( و در محــل مــوزه هنرهــای معاصــر تهــران تاســیس گردیــد. کانــون موســیقی معاصــر بــه عنــوان یــک انجمــن خصوصــی و مســتقل، در نخســتین اقدامــات اجرایــی خــود و بــا اتــکا بــه پشــتوانه علمــی، هنــری و اجرایــی شــورای برنامــه ریــزی خــود، بــا اجــرای تفاهــم نامــه هــای فرهنگــی بــا موسســات، مراکــز و انجمــن هــای فرهنگــی- هنــری داخلــی و بیــن المللــی، اقــدام بــه ثبــت و برگــزای فســتیوال بیــن المللــی موســیقی معاصــر تهــران نمــود. برگــزاری کنســرت هــا و فســتیوال هــای داخلــی و بیــن المللــی، نشســت هــای علمــی و پژوهشــی و کارگاه هــای تخصصــی کوتــاه مــدت، چــاپ نشــریه تخصصــی کانــون، برگــزاری مســابقات آهنگســازی و نوازندگــی، راه انــدازی و بهــره بــرداری از کتابخانــه و آرشــیو صوتــی تخصصــی موســیقی معاصــر، برخــی از فعالیــت هــای کانــون موســیقی معاصــر را تشــکیل خواهــد داد. همچنیــن کانــون موســیقی معاصــر مــوزه هنرهــای معاصــر تهــران بــه عنــوان پایگاهــی اجتماعــی، تخصصــی و فرهنگــی اقــدام بــه تعامــل و تفاهــم بــا مراکــز فرهنگــی و هنــری معتبــر در ایــران و جهــان بــا هــدف هــم افزایــی و گســترش امکانــات و فعالیــت هــای خــود نمــوده اســت کــه از آن جملــه مــی تــوان بــه امضــای تفاهــم نامــه بــا بنیــاد رودکــی، خانــه هنرمنــدان ایــران، مرکــز موســیقی نویــن اســپکترو )لهســتان(، بخــش فرهنگــی ســفارت لهســتان، انجمــن آهنگســازان ACIMC و نشــر موســیقی امــروز تهــران اشــاره کــرد. در همیــن راســتا کانــون موســیقی معاصــر بــا عضــو گیــری از میــان عاقمنــدان و فعــاﻻن حــوزه موســیقی معاصــر و ایجــاد بســترهای مناســب جهــت همــکاری و رشــد فرهنگــی و اقتصــادی، ســعی دارد تــا بــه یکــی از موثرتریــن و معتبرتریــن مراکــز موســیقی معاصــر در ایــران تبدیــل گــردد. مدیر هنری نوید گوهری متولد 1362 - تهران نویــد گوهــری موســیقی را از ســن پنــج ســالگی بــا نوازندگــی ویلــن آغــاز نمــود و تحصیــات موســیقی خــود را در کنســرواتوار موســیقی تهــران زیــر نظــر پروفســور مارینــا آقابگیــان در رشــته آهنگســازی و رهبــری ارکســتر بــه پایــان رســاند و در ســال 2014 زیــر نظــر Dr. Evan Feldman دوره اصــول و مبانــی تمریــن بــا آنســامبل را بــا باﻻتریــن نمــره در دانشــگاه North Carolina at chapel hill مطالعــه نمــود. گوهــری بــا تاســیس ارکســتر نیلپــر )1383( فعالیــت حرفــه ای خــود را بــا تمرکــز بــر موســیقی کاســیک و معاصــر بــه عنــوان رهبــر ارکســتر آغــاز نمــود و در ســال 1392 بــا اجــرای رســمی آثــار آهنگســاز معاصــر »پتریــس وســک« تحســین و تقدیــر ویــژه آهنگســاز را برانگیخــت. همچنیــن گوهــری در این ســالها همراه بــا ارکســتر نیلپــر، قطعاتــی را از تاثیرگذارتریــن آهنگســازان موســیقی معاصــر همچــون آروو پــارت، گیــا کانچلــی، هنــری گورســکی، ویتســک کیلــر و ... را بــروی صحنــه بــرده اســت. گوهــری در ســال 1394 بــا همــکاری انجمــن فرهنگــی آلمــان و انســتیتو گوته، کنســرت مشــترکی را بــا نوازنــده بین المللــی موریتس ارنســت برگــزار نمود. گوهــری در ســال 1391 بــا همــکاری احســان تــارخ، آموزشــگاه موســیقی نــوای امیــن را پایــه گــذاری نمود و در ســال 1394 کانــون موســیقی معاصــر را در مــوزه هنرهــای معاصــر تهــران تاســیس، و بــه عنــوان مدیر کانــون مشــغول بــه فعالیــت گردید. ســاخت موســیقی بــرای فیلــم و تئاتــر، ارایــه مقالــه در کنفرانــس بیــن المللــی علــوم انســانی )اســپانیا(، تدریــس در کنســرواتوار موســیقی تهــران، همــکاری بــا بخــش فرهنگــی ســفارت هــای روســیه، پرتغــال، اوکرایــن، آلمــان و اتریــش، همــکاری بــا ارکســترهای صــدا و ســیما، کامــه راتــا، پارســیان بــه عنــوان نوازنده ویلــن و رهبــر گــروه کــر ملــل از دیگــر فعالیــت هــای وی در ایــن ســالها بــوده اســت. نویــد گوهــری هــم اکنــون بــه عنــوان مدیــر کانــون موســیقی مــوزه هنرهــای معاصــر تهــران، مدیــر هنری و رهبــر ارکســتر نیلپــر، مدیــر برنامــه ریــزی آموزشــی و مســئول دپارتمــان موســیقی کاســیک آموزشــگاه نــوای امیــن و طــراح موســیقی گــروه تئاتــر »بیــن« مشــغول بــه فعالیــت مــی باشــد. مدیر اجرایی احسان تارخ متولد 1359 - شیراز احســان تــارخ فــارغ التحصیــل رشــته نوازندگــی ســازهای کوبــه ای از دانشــگاه اوکرایــن اســت. وی کــه تجربــه تحصیــل در کنســرواتوار موســیقی تهــران در رشــته نوازندگــی فلــوت را نیــز دارد، فعالیــت حرفه ای خــود را در ســالیان اخیــر بیشــتر بــه پشــت صحنــه اختصــاص داده اســت؛ برگــزاری و مدیریــت اجراهــای صحنــه ای. تــارخ از ســال 1384 بــه عنــوان مدیراجرایــی ارکســتر نیلپــر، برنامــه ریــز و مســئول هماهنگــی هــای ارکســتر مشــغول فعالیــت مــی باشــد. وی همچنیــن در ســال 1394 بــه عنــوان عضــو شــورای برنامــه ریزی کانــون موســیقی معاصــر و مدیــر برگــزاری برنامــه هــای کانــون در تاســیس ایــن کانــون نقــش بســزایی داشــته اســت. تــارخ همچنیــن بــه عنــوان مدیــر داخلــی »کرفلــوت تهــران« کــه در ســال 1394 تاســیس گردیــد، همــکاری داشــته اســت. مدیریــت اجــرا و برگــزاری برنامــه هــای موســیقی از جملــه )ارکســتر نــوای صلــح، گــروه کوبــه ای فــروزان، گــروه ســنتی قــول و غــزل( و تئاتــر از مهمتریــن فعالیــت هــای احســان تــارخ در این ســالها بوده اســت. وی همچنیــن سرپرســتی گــروه هــای موســیقی ُگلَــک و آوانــو، کســب مقــام برتــر در رشــته موســیقی تاتــر از نخســتین جشــنواره تاتــر شــهر، کســب مقــام برتــر در رشــته موســیقی تاتــر اســتانی، کســب مقــام برگزیده جشــنواره موســیقی نواحــی دانشــجویی و برگــزاری بخــش موســیقی اختتامیــه جشــنواره بین المملــی تاتر فجــر، جشــنواره تاتــر مــاه ، جشــنواره شمســه، همــکاری بــا گروه موســیقی چهــل دف ، ارکســتر موســیقی نــو) بــه رهبــری علیرضــا مشــایخی ( ، ارکســتر موســیقی ملــل بــه رهبــری پیمــان ســلطانی و گــروه موســیقی کــوﻻژ بــه سرپرســتی حمیــد دیبــآذر بــه عنــوان نوازنــده را در کارنامــه خــود دارد. احســان تــارخ در حــال حاضــر بــه عنــوان جانشــین مدیــر مســئول و مدیــر داخلــی آموزشــگاه موســیقی نــوای امیــن، عضــو شــورای برنامــه ریــزی و مدیــر برگــزاری کانون موســیقی مــوزه هنرهــای معاصــر تهران، مدیــر ارکســتر نیلپــر و مدیــر ارکســتر »کرفلــوت تهــران« مشــغول بــه فعالیــت مــی باشــد. ستاد برگزاری نوید گوهری مدیر هنری احسان تارخ مدیر اجرایی دکتر حسین سروی مشاور بین الملل و نظارت راهبردی دکتر حمیدرضا اردﻻن مشاور علمی آیدین صمیمی مفخم، مارتینا کوسسکا)لهستان(، رضا مرتضوی مشاوران هنری محمدرضا درویشی، نادر مشایخی اعضای شورای علمی و انتخاب مقاﻻت امیر مقتدا طراح گرافیک و مشاور تبلیغات شهاب آگاهی مسئول هماهنگی حسن عمیدی مدیر تشریفات سارا اکبری مسئول هماهنگی گروه های بین الملل مهدی خان محمدی مشاور رسانه ای الناز تارخ مسئول شبکه های اجتماعی نهال فرجادی مسئول کتابخانه و آرشیو مریم ولی اهلل مسئول دفتر جمعه ۳ اردیبهشت - It also demonstrates that Said's political ideas have prevented him from conceiving the literary and cultural bonds which were created between the Orient and the Occident via the endeavors of the Orientalists. In a historical context, this study explores the influence of Persian literature on the development of English poetry particularly during the Romantic Period. It also designates that German Romanticism and American Transcendentalism were inspired by Oriental literature and philosophy, conveyed to them through the translated works. Accordingly, the significance of translation in transmitting literature and culture between nations is examined. Focusing on Sir William Jones as the counterexample of Said's prototype of Orientalists, the study investigates the influence of Jones' translations on European literary works during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries in England. This dissertation concludes that literature is man's universal and immortal legacy which is improbable to be colonized, contrary to Said' hypothesis. It also proves that some Orientalists devoted their life to transfer the literature and culture of the Oriental lands to the world, not to dominate them, but based on love and enthusiasm.

Being minority in Britain, the Muslims find it hard to be accepted among the western societies. It is hard to be a Muslim in Britain and even harder for its Muslim women. Placed in a double bind situation, the contemporary Muslim women writers have yet to counter lopsided and inaccurate notions about their perceived gender oppression. In a climate of mistrust and marginalisation of Muslims, British Muslim women writers have played a significant role in informing the mainstream society about their religion and identity. One of them is Qaisra Shahraz (1958- ). In The Holy Woman (2001), Shahraz explicates the gender question according to the teachings of Islam and locates the fine differences between Islamic teachings and culturally inflected practices; such as the impositon of the unislamic, ‘barbaric’ ancient traditon of Shahzadi Ibadat (The Holy Woman) by the feudal class. Within the setting of a traditional patriarchal society in Sindh Pakistan, Shahraz has finely crafted her work revolving around the internal conflicts as experienced by her protagonist, Zarri Bano.

From start to end, however, this primary track of investigation is opened up to other mediums of cultural production: modernist Persian fiction and poetry, the visual arts scene, the discourse on ethnography and “folklore studies,” and the critical texts produced by public intellectuals. The second main theme coming to the fore is the intersection of the emergent “discourse of authenticity,” the Iranian intellectuals’ growing demand for “cultural rootedness,” and the production of modernist aesthetics in literature, arts, and cinema. Introduced early in the text, the idea of “modernism of uneven development” provides the theoretical frame for this project; the recurrences of the hypothesis, particularly as it pertains to a temporal divide between the city and the countryside, are discerned and analysed. The Iranian New Wave Cinema, I contend, always showed an ethnographic register, as it too was after worlds and times deemed as vanishing. This “movement” in cinematic modernism first emerged from within the documentary mode, which began to flourish in Iran from the 1960s.

To help distinguish one Alí from another, they used a system of honorifics added to the names. Family names eventually came into widespread use, but many of these honorifics can still be added to a person's name. Once they came into use, family names were frequently formed from place names. This was often done by adding an "í" to the end of the name of the town or region where the family lived. For example, a family from the city of Shiráz might have adopted a family name of Shirází.
