Franciacorta – Simply “The Italian Answer for Champagne” Franciacorta wines are made using the méthode champenoise style. That is to say, they are made in the same way Champagne is made; by allowing the secondary fermentation to take place in the bottle. FRANCIACORTA MENU Senato Caffé presenta il Franciacorta Bar, unico in città e primo nel mondo. Il Franciacorta è una delle eccellenze enologiche italiane. La regione omonima produce dal 1961 quello che è oggi il miglior Metodo Classico in Italia. Grazie a questa collaborazione con il consorzio Franciacorta, potrete scoprire in carta e a rotazione, una selezione accuratissima di bollicine dei migliori produttori. Etichette rare o bottiglie provenienti da piccole cantine altrimenti inaccessibili della Franciacorta, a soli 75 km a est di Milano. Più di 3 mila ettari di vitigni nobili raccolti a mano per la maggior parte Chardonnay, ma anche Pinot Bianco e Pinot Nero. È stato il primo vino italiano realizzato esclusivamente con il metodo della rifermentazione in bottiglia e nel 1995 ha ottenuto la denominazione di origine controllata e garantita (DOCG).
