This list is a special release of limited production wines and aged from the Balistreri cellar! Winemaker John Balistreri and grandson Ray have hand selected these rare and decadent wines for your enjoyment. Many of these are considered to be our greatest wines. 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon (Whitewater Hill Vineyard) Barrel #130-131 $75 Similar to the 2007, the ’05 is lighter on acidity and softer on tannins. The fruit is round and big with cherry and raspberry flavors. Cocoa and earth tones have also developed in the wine to form richer Perfectly Cellared, Well Aged complexities that texturally feel creamy with more air.
